ABOUT ME
I am a results-driven lawyer with diversified international experience in law practice.
After working as a Municipal Prosecutor in a Local Government Area in Nigeria for a year, I joined Excel Law Firm in 2002 as an associate. Later, I became a partner in the firm, which represents various transnational corporations, government agencies, local businesses, and individuals in legal matters such as real estate disputes, employment issues, debt recovery, commercial/corporate disputes, criminal cases, human rights arbitration, and civil litigation at different levels of courts in Nigeria.
In 2006, after gaining experience in the practice and business of law, I established a law firm called Diadem Chambers in Lagos, which represented individuals and corporate entities from diverse backgrounds before different courts in Nigeria in various areas of law including but not limited to civil litigation, commercial/corporate law, real estate law, wills, and estate planning/Probate litigation. I moved to Canada with my family and successfully qualified to practice law here.
I was called to the Alberta Bar in 2020. In my free time, I enjoy conducting legal research, volunteering, and spending time with my family.
